Rates

The house will be cleaned and bed linens and towels changed once a week.
Energy costs (gas and elecricity) are included in the rent.
When heating is needed (March-April and after October) the cost of gas will be charged extra.

May 980 Euro
June-September, Easter, Christmas 1.090 Euro
July-August 1.420 Euro

Non returnable booking deposit: 20%
Remainder payable 8 weeks prior to holiday
Longer period discounts: 2 weeks -15%; 3 weeks -20%; 4 weeks -25%
